The Bill (Reg.№3676) suggests the improvement of the effective law of Ukraine regrind the housing rights of the children-orphans and children deprived of the parental care through the specification of the notional apparatus, procedure of the introduction to the quarter registration and to the social quarter registration, order of the housing obtaining etc.
